She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leroy Carraway, Sr. and Evelyn Nesbitt Carraway; and her sister Brenda Carraway Flanagan. She is survived by: her husband Hershell Partin; her children, Jessica Hawkins (David) of Apex and Travis Partin (Sydney Bryan) of Raleigh; her granddaughter Ava Hawkins; her siblings, Cynthia Carraway of Higginsville, MO and Samuel L. Carraway, Jr. (Betsy) of Sumter, SC; and her pet Bailey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
