He is survived by: his children, Beverly Rowland (Kyle Parrish) of Raleigh and Jennifer Rowland Tart (Marty Tart) of Fuquay Varina; his grandchildren, Anna Oglesby Bowling (Christopher Bowling), Rachel Oglesby, Colby Tart and Keelan Tart; his great grandchild Tucker James Bowling; and his brother Bob Rowland.
