He was predeceased by: his sister Patsy G. Coley of Fuquay-Varina. He is survived by: his wife Ann L. Goodwin; his children, Jerry Goodwin of Willow Spring and Denise G. Hering (David) of Garner; and his grandson Jeremy Goodwin of Garner.
