He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Rogers; and his brothers, Bryant Rogers of Wake Forest and Donald Rogers of Raleigh. He is survived by: his son Kent Rogers (Carolyn) of Wake Forest; his granddaughter Stacey Rogers of Raleigh; his brother Charles Rogers (Faye) of Raleigh; and his sister-in-law Mamie Rogers of Wake Forest. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
