She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Nelson Franke, Jr. and Dorothy Harris Nesselrodt; and her stepfather Rev. J. D. Nesselrodt. She is survived by: her brother Russell Wood (Elaine) of Willow Spring; her nephews, Jeffrey Wood of Willow Spring and Robbie Wood of Benson; and her aunts, Laura Dupree of Raleigh and Mary Toler of Grantsboro.
