He is survived by: his wife Melinda Laughter Neighbors; his children, Amanda Davis (Tim), Lauren Neighbors and Victoria Neighbors; his grandson Hunter Davis; and his siblings, Michael Neighbors of Virginia, Rodney Neighbors of Tennessee, Sherri Johnson (Richard) of Kentucky and Karen Jarratt (Michael) of Tennessee. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; and 6 great nieces and nephews.
