It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Walton Brinkley (Willow Spring, North Carolina), who passed away on January 28, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maylon Walton and Helen Jordan Walton; and her spouse Paul Sherwood Brinkley I. She is survived by: her children, Paul Sherwood Brinkley II (Angie) and Sherry Brinkley Marlow (Lee); her siblings, Danny Walton (Becky), Randy Walton, Shelby Johnson (Alton), Alice King and Kim Walton; her grandchildren, Matthew Marlow (Erin), Andrew Marlow (Kristi), Adam Marlow, Chris Whitley and Erica Stone; her great grandchildren, Noah, Sophia and Alayna; and her sister-in-law Sue Brinkley Waller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
