He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Overby and William Craig "Possum" (Possum); his former wife Priscilla Overby; his brother William Criag Overby Jr.; and his sister-in-law Mickey Overby.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Overby of Williston, NC; his sons, Brandon Overby (Shelly) and Kyle Overby (Bill Demeritt); his grandchildren, Bryson, Lellon Overby, Logan, Braydon Taylor and Vivian Demeritt; his brothers, Carlton Overby and Thomas "Tee" Overby (Alice); his godchildren, Sunnie Batson and Jessie Hill; his mother-in-law Peggy Raper; his nephew Donnie Overby (Delores); his great-niece Laura Grace; his nephews, Bryan Overby (Morgan, family: Cash, Katelyn) and Matt Overby (Andrea); his great-nephews, Reid and Rhett; his niece Kim Tilghman (Dee); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter and Justin; his niece Amy Thornton (Chris); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Walker and Ryder.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mack and Kim's Home.
