He was predeceased by: his parent Louie Manly Willis; his son Charles Manly Willis Jr.; his mother Mary Frances; and his grandparents, Sarah Ella and Charlie Willis.

He is survived by: his wife Deanna Rose; his daughters, Karen Willis Piner (Chris) and Nicole Willis Piner (Mark); his grandchildren, Emily Hardy Amy (Jordan), Ashlyn Goodwin (Scott), Katlyn Lewis (Zack), Justine Piner (Ty), Brianne Willis and Jared Willis (Meghan); and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Goodwin, Haileigh Willis, Ella Lewis, Jackson Hardy, Landon Taylor, Collin Hardy, Mason Taylor, Jailyn Willis, Easton Hardy and Logan Taylor.
