We bid farewell to Stanley W. Sears Jr. of Williamston, North Carolina, born in Halifax, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 29, 2024 at the age of 50. Stanley touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Stanley shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Stanley farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Stanley W. Sears, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Shirley Lynn; and his grandmothers, Martha White and Lillian Hackney.
He is survived by: his mother Janie Flanagan Sears of Williamston; his children, Stanley "Cole" Sears (Gracelyn Lauren Keel) of Williamston and Savannah Michelle Sears (Gabe Green) of Macclesfield; his grandson Landon Cole Sears; his sisters, Janet Sears of Williamston and Debra Pierce of Williamston; the mother of his children Chrystal Lynn Sears; and his fiancée Mary Blum. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the The Corner Venue (1203 W Northern Blvd, Tarboro, NC 27886).
