It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelby Dean Lilley of Williamston, North Carolina, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herburt C. Mizelle and Allie P. Mizelle (Rusell Lilley); her stepson Rusty Lilley; her brother James Fenton Mizelle; and her nephew Bobby Mizelle.

She is survived by: her stepdaughter-in-law Donna Lilley; her stepgranddaughter Samantha Hoggard (Aaron); her niece Cindy Flahardy; and her great-niece Wendy VanLandingham (Eliza Waters). She is also survived by friends, neighbors, and caregivers.
