He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Mobley of Jamesville; his daughters, Jessica Hopkins (George) of Belhaven, Magon Modlin (Brian) of Belhaven and Dale Clifton (Tyler) of Jamesville; and his siblings, Danny Modlin of Williamston, Doug Modlin of Williamston, Brenda Wells of Williamston, Judy Roberson of Hamilton and Linda Edmondson of Williamston.
