She is survived by: her sons, William Willoughby (Billy) of Bear Grass, NC and John Willoughby, Jr. (Gina) of Williamston, NC.; her grandchildren, Brock Willoughby (Laura) of Walstonurg, NC, Chris Willoughby (Christi) of Williamston, NC and Austin Daniel of Bear Grass, NC.; her great grandchild Sydney Willoughby of Walstonburg, NC; and her sister Ann Peele (Ralph) of Farm Life, NC..
