He is survived by: his siblings, Elsie Gardner Harrell, Amy Gardner Garris, Phillip Gardner, Jesse Clarence Gardner, Robert "Bobby" Gardner and Geraldine Summerlin Gardner; and his friends, Helen, Ernie Sessoms, Luther, Benora Summerlin, Herman, Diana Costin, Stanley, Catherine Jenkins, Kenny, Roy Watson, John Brown and Johnny James.
