It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella Jenkins (Williamston, North Carolina), who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Barnhill and Lydia Barnhill; and her siblings, Nathan, Leslie, Larry, Tracy, Alton, Emma Keel, Elsie, Peggy and Jacquie.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Wilson Jenkins; her children, Carlene Kincaid (Duane), Cindy Shelton (Mike) of Washington, NC, Gail Hahn (Rob) of Middletown, VA and Carl Jenkins of Winterville, NC; her grandchildren, Bonnie Corley (Joe) of Washington, NC, Jill West (Brent) of Cary, NC, Matt Hahn of Winchester, VA, Mary McCarthy (Bryan) of Virginia Beach, VA and Lydia Rachel Lewis (Bill) of Holly Springs, NC; her great grandchild Devin Corley of Tallahassee, FL; and her grandchildren, Scott Corley of Columbia, SC, Jessica Corley of Washington, NC, Owen, Lincoln, Cora Hahn of Winchester, VA, Charlotte, Stanley McCarthy of Virginia Beach, VA, Chase and Harper Lewis of Holly Springs, NC..
