He was predeceased by: his siblings, Loretta Taylor, Deborah Taylor Hagan and Stanley Taylor. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Brown; his siblings, Donna Fay Biggs, Robert Taylor of Goldsboro, NC and Kevin Taylor; his nieces, Dana Taylor of Fayetteville, NC and Dominique Biggs; and his nephew Franco Biggs.
