He was predeceased by: his parent Jessie. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Price; his granddaughter Lisa Tucker (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Guilly, Alyssa, Natalie, Piper, Maddox and Amelia; and his sisters, Evelyn Biggs and Diane White. He is also survived by brother Larry Council (Debra), sister-in-law, Carolyn Council, and many nieces and nephews.
