She was predeceased by: her parents, James Russell and Euzelia Harris Cherry; her husband Earl Coltrain; her siblings, Dillon Cherry, Willie Cherry, Richard Cherry, Jerry Cherry, Patsy Cherry Owens and Margaret Cherry; and her siblings-in-law, Eugene Smith and Louise Cherry.

She is survived by: her children, Eddie Coltrain (Rona), Steve Coltrain (Karen) and Pam Coltrain; her grandchildren, James Coltrain (Cadie), Hollie Hines (Caleb), Brandie Coltrain, Kerrie Coltrain (James), Kacie Coltrain and Kortnie Coltrain; her great grandchildren, Annalee Coltrain, Grady Hines, Madelyn Coltrain and Wiley Hines; her sister Lib Smith; and her brother-in-law Calvin Owens.
