She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Biggs and Betty Zerilda Leggett Howard. She is survived by: her pet Mia; her husband Arturo Carranco of Washington; her children, Tony Phelps (Stacy) of Hickory, Renee Joyner (Kevin) of Williamston and Kristi Ward (Justin Booth) of Diana, TX; her siblings, Billy Howard of Farmlife, Danny Howard (Deb) of Bear Grass, Betsy Marriner (Ralph) of Williamston, Melody Ragan (Ken) of Greenville and Bertie Hardison (Jimmy) of Farmlife; and her grandchildren, Kenleigh Ward, Zoe Ward, Fischer Joyner and Parker Joyner.
