It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Wendell Williams of Williamston, North Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Roberson Williams and Henry Williams; and his siblings, Henry Clyde Williams, Vera Williams Congleton and Ola Gray Williams Peel.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jones Williams; his daughter Mary Lee Davieds (Mike); his grandchild Glenn Corey (Wendy) of Atlantic Beach, N. C; and his stepchildren, John Weller (Janet) of New Bern, N. C., Joey Weller (Jenny) of Williamston, N. C. and Jeff Weller (Lynnette) of Boise, Idaho.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Fairview Christian Church or the Farm Life Ruritan Club.
