With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Whitehurst Riddick (Williamston, North Carolina), who passed away on March 27, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Linwood Jarvis "Red" Whitehurst; her husband Harold Carter Riddick; and her siblings, Sanford Whitehurst and Alice Miller. She is survived by: her children, Janet Lynne Riddick Roberson (Greg) of Winterville and James "Jim" Harold Riddick (Colleen) of Windsor; her sisters, Barbara Spear (Preston) of Woodville and Lynnette Boyce (Gene) of Elizabeth City; her grandchildren, Eric Roberson (Wendee), Suzanne Riddick and Ben Riddick; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Landon and Carter Roberson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
