He is survived by: his wife Debra Lilley Williams; his sons, Dillon Bradley Williams (Kathy) of Bear Grass, Jesse Eric Williams (Karen) of Bear Grass and Thomas Neil Williams (Rachel) of Bear Grass; his siblings, Billy Williams (Judy) of Bath and JoAnn Peaden of Williamston; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Lillie, Zander, Austin and Bradley.
