He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Odom and Fannie Odom; his children, Carl Edward 'Eddie Odom, Jr., Jeffrey Odom (Darla) of Williamston and Sheela Faye Odom of Greenville; his grandchildren, Lyndsey Lathrop (Jon) of Greenville, Nicholas Odom (Gracen Rogers) of Williamston, Garret Orr of Greenville and Kalynn Orr of Chesterfield, VA; and his close friend Brenda Spruill of Edenton, NC..
