Bobby Long Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Long of Williamston, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bobby Long to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Lillian R. Long and Beatrice Cherry Long; and his siblings, Gilbert Long, James "Buddy" Long, Roy Long and Mary Reason.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Long Price (Leo) of Williamston and Amanda Long Gardner (Andy) of Williamston; his grandchildren, David Andrew Long (Heather) of Williamston, Logan Alexander Gardner and Ashlyn Peyton Gardner of Williamston; and his siblings, Jessie Critcher of Williamston, Shelton Long of Williamston and Gene Long of Williamston.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Springs Methodist Church (19621 US-64, Williamston, NC 27892).
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial donations be made to the Williamston Fire & Rescue, 901 Washington Street, Williamston NC 27892 or Holly Springs Methodist Church, 19621 US HWY 64, Williamston NC 27892.
