We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2019, at the age of 83, Allie Mae Howell Scott (Williamston, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Howell and Mary Frances Norris Howell; and her brothers, Roy and Coy Howell. She is survived by: her husband David D. Scott; her children, Lisa S. Buck (Timothy) of New Bern, NC. and Ricky Scott (Donna) of Edenton, NC.; and her brother Rev. Phil Howell (Vernell) of Monroe, NC.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
