He was predeceased by: his parents, Adeline Pigford and Edward Leland English, Sr.; and his siblings, Edward Leland English, Jr., Rosalyn E. Burns, Ronald "Pop" English, Juanita Mann and Steve English.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sally Berry of Southern Pines and Rosa Winfree (NC) of Lansing. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
