He is survived by: his wife Denise Dunn Bivens; his brother Marty Bivens of Lexington; his stepdaughter Danielle Strickland (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Chloe Strickland, Kaleigh Strickland and Levi Strickland; his aunt Juanita; his uncle Mitchell Padgett of Watha; and his friend Eddie.
