He is survived by: his wife Sharon Grey Jones Brinkley; his children, Jeffrey Wayne Brinkley of Watha and Heather Brinkley Britt (Malcolm) of Hampstead; his grandchildren, Olivia Grey, Rhett Malcolm and Eli Brinkley; his sisters, Lynda and Kay; and his cousin Earl Brinkley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special work friends, and community friends.
