He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mills Pigford; his children, Mark Pigford (Patricia) of Willard, Fran Elaine Pigford of Lake Lure, NC and Mary Ann Dalton (Ronald) of Lake Lure, NC; his grandchildren, Emily Sue Pigford Wall (Chad), Abigail Jones (Brandon), Anna Pigford, Callie Dalton and Ezra Armenius Dalton; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Jones, Dawson Jones and Maci Wall; his siblings, Christine "Chris" Day of McMurray, PA and Raymond "Ray" Pigford (Elaine) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his extended family Armenius.
