He is survived by: his sons, William Charles Hulcher of Hillsborough and Christopher Scott Hamblen of Hillsborough; his brother Charles "Buddy" Hulcher of Wilkesboro; his child Lynn Kilby Hulcher; and his grandchildren, Chloe Hamblen and Levi Hamblen.
