He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren G. Johnson and Pauline Holbrook Johnson; his sister Pamela Jolly; and his nephew Shawn Billings. He is survived by: his son David Johnson (Christina) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Logan Johnson of Hays, Emily Johnson of Hays and Rachel Johnson of North Wilkesboro; his great grandchild Bryson Huffman of Hays; and his siblings, Ted Johnson of Roaring River, Wanda Faw of North Wilkesboro, Sandy Wood (Ronnie) of Traphill, Terry Johnson of Wilkesboro, Deborah Shumate of North Wilkesboro and Janet Billings of Wilkesboro.
