With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wade Henderson Parsons (Wilkesboro, North Carolina), who passed away on April 19, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henderson and Annie Ruth Steelman Parsons; his grandson Benjamin W. Call; his brother-in-law Lloyd J. Faw; and his parents-in-law, Rev. Clate P. Brown and Nona E. Osborne Brown.
He is survived by: his significant other Judith "Judy" Brown Parsons; his children, Marisa Parsons Hart (Ricky) of Wilkesboro, Jill Parsons Oakley (Ricky) of Millers Creek and Derek Wade Parsons (Bonnie) of Sanford; his grandchildren, Joshua K. Call, Patience Abigail Hart, Wendy L. Billings, Eric Lee Oakley, Austin Wade Parsons, Savannah Chisholm Parsons, Christi Hart and Corey Hart; his great grandchildren, Raven, Bailey, Cailey, Gage, Benjamin Tyler, Hayden, Hailey Paige, Barett, Magnolia and Atlee; his great great grandchildren, Ophelia, Amelia and Adalynn; his siblings, Wilma Ruth Faw of Wilkesboro and Steve Charles (Gail Parsons); and his caregivers, Debbie Osborne and Polly Nichols.
