She was predeceased by: her parents, Reiley Andrew Parsons and Bessie Pauline Steelman Parsons; her husband Woodrow Wilson Elliott; her siblings, R. C. Parsons, Johnsie Gay Miller, Gladys Osborne and Lee; and her grandson Brooke Hamby.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Elliott (Sandra) of North Wilkesboro, Rebecca Rodgers of Jamestown and Pamela Elliott of Nevada; her grandchildren, Tracy Walker (Lloyd) of North Wilkesboro, Thomas S. Rodgers Jr. (Melanie) of Greensboro, Laura Tisdale (Justin) of Greensboro, Andrew Hamby of Las Vegas, Rebekah Reyes of Las Vegas, Molly Hamby of Illinois, Scott Elliott (Glenda) of North Wilkesboro and Mark Elliott (Michelle) of North Wilkesboro; and her great great grandchild Bella Grace Walker.
