He was predeceased by: his mother Rachel Minton Clark. He is survived by: his father Thomas David; his wife Donna Wilson Clark; his children, Amanda Hess of North Wilkesboro and Justin Clark; and his siblings, Debbie Waters (Robert) of Vanceboro, Sandy Jones (Van) of Vanceboro, Ann Potter of Blounts Creek, Steven Clark (Robin) of Wilkesboro and Johnny Potter (Lynda) of Vanceboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Poplar Grove Baptist Church, c/o Donna Clark, 221 Germantown Road, Wilkesboro NC 28697.
