He was predeceased by: his father Roy Edward Williams, Sr.; his wife Alice Jean Curtis Williams; his brother Daniel Williams; and his nephew Don Williams, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Davenport Williams; his children, Isaac Williams (Melinda) of Rio Rancho, NM, Jennifer Williams of Hickory and Benjamin Williams (Elaine Cortes) of Boston, MA; his grandchildren, Elijah and Josiah Garcia-Williams; his brother Howard Donald Williams, Sr. (Kathy) of Wilkesboro; his nephew David Williams; and his close friend Pat Goforth of Millers Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
