He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Miller Bumgarner of Wilkesboro; his son Jason Bumgarner of Millers Creek; his grandchildren, Ashley Grace Bumgarner of Millers Creek and Aiden Paul Bumgarner of Millers Creek; and also Kim Bumgarner of Wilkesboro.
