He is survived by: his girlfriend Rhonda McConahy; his sisters, Mary Kay Williams of Greensboro and Kathy Motsinger of Boomer; his children, Amanda Owens (Shane) of Cape Carteret, NC and Richie Williams (Kris) of North Wilkesboro; his stepson Frank Ptak of Jackson; his half-brother Randy Hawkins (Kayla) of Hays; his grandchildren, Dylan Owens, Lynnon Williams and Hannah Whittington (Grant); his niece Emily Cox (Marcus); his nephews, Dustin Wright (Brooke) and Austin Motsinger; and the mother of his children Helen Dolinger of Millers Creek.
