She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewey and Charity Jeanette Shumate Miles; her husband Lewis Everette Wyatt; her son Jeffrey Lewis Wyatt; her brothers, Terry Miles and Roger Miles; and her stepfather Richard Conner.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Wyatt Bumgarner (Eric) of Purlear; her grandson Dillon Bumgarner (Giovanna) of Purlear; her great grandchildren, Kylo Bumgarner of Purlear and Cassian Bumgarner of Purlear; her brother Alan Miles (JoAnn) of North Wilkesboro; her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Miles of Wilkesboro and Diane Miles of Purlear; her caregiver Denise Pierce; and her pet Taco. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many special friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mountlawn Memorial Park (196 Fan Key Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659).
