He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Lovette and Charlie Lovette; and his siblings, Fred Lovette (Margaret), Bonnie Lovette Rhodes (Frank), Rex Lovette (Claudine), Billy Wade Lovette, Blake Lovette (Julia) and Gene Allen Lovette.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Everhart Lovette; his children, Lynn Lovette Sazama and Mark Alan Lovette (Lynn Phillips Lovette); his grandchildren, Laura Sazama Stringfellow (Spencer), Patrick Bryan Sazama, John Phillips Lovette (Nancy Lauer) and Charles Benfield Lovette (Melanie); his great grandchild Josie Anne; his sisters-in-law, Carol Lovette Lowe, Besty Lovette and Jenny Lovette; and his nieces and nephews, Camille Eller (Bob), Lena Lovette, Ashley Lovette, Anyea Lovette, Kim Lovette, Lisa Sloop, Sena Lovette-Crafton, Angie Ware, Amy Lankford, Gina Lovette, Lane Lovette, Bill Lovette and Allen Lovette. He is also survived by cousins and many dear friends.
