It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Wayne Nichols of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Bynum and Viola Dyson Nichols; and his siblings, Barbara Parsons and Harold Nichols. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary N. White of Hamptonville and Edward Nichols (Sandy) of Wilkesboro; and his close friend Garry Ross.
