She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ray and Patricia Ruby Gauthier Sommers; her husband Roy; and her brother Dennis Sommers. She is survived by: her children, Lisa M. Stokes (Brandon) of Wilkesboro and Mark Mullinax (Ashlee) of Concord; her grandchildren, McKenzie, Katie, Allison and Hailey; and her siblings, John Sommers (Patsy) of Baton Rouge, Jeff Sommers (Carolyn) of Baton Rouge and Nevon Dukaric (Duke) of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
