She was predeceased by: her husband Carson Nichols; and her grandson Corey Stegall. She is survived by: her children, April Nichols Moore of Winston-Salem, Alison Nichols of Huntersville, Philip Carson Nichols of Charlotte and Christopher Nichols (Samantha) of Texas; and her grandson Carson Alexandra Moore of Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
