She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Steelman and Mary Laws Steelman; her husband Robert Arlon Triplett; her siblings, Jean Steelman, Ruth Bryan (T. R. Bryan), Sarah Lowe (Cody) and Pat Simpson; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Triplett and Ann Hartley (Jim).
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Triplett DePriest (Roger) of Johnson City, TN, Steven Triplett (Kathy) of Sherrills Ford, NC, Terry Triplett (Kim) of Wilkesboro and Neal Triplett (Sarah) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Emily Sharpe (Drew), Jacob DePriest (Heather), Benjamin Triplett (Kelley), Betsy Couper (Daniel), Jackson Triplett, Leah Triplett and Norah Triplett; her great grandchildren, Noah DePriest, Deacon Triplett, Elliot DePriest and Samuel Sharpe; her sister Martha England (James) of Huntsville, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Janey Lackey (Jerry) of Millers Creek, Ray Triplett of Wilkesboro and Dr. Dean Simpson of Statesville.
