With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maggie Combs (Wilkesboro, North Carolina), who passed away on January 16, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Franklin Rogers and Maudie Jane Huffman Rogers; her daughter Gwendlon Bumgarner; her great grandchild Joshua Foster, Jr.; and her siblings, Maudie Sue Dillard, Mary Ruth Hart and John Franklin Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Sheeler (David), Charles Bumgarner (Karen) of Hays and Chris Bumgarner of Hays; her grandchildren, Theresa Mooney, Devin Sheeler, Jared Sheeler, Billie Jean Bumgarner, Edgar Silva and Greta Silva; her great grandchildren, Kamron Foster, Michael Walker, Jr., Grayson Walker and Levy Sheeler; and her sister Connie Hart of Purlear.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, Oak Grove Church Road, Millers Creek, NC 28651.
