She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Weaver and Lizzie Perkins Weaver; her husband Ben Harrison Johnson; and her siblings, Ernest Weaver, Ray Weaver, Breece Weaver, Vergie Medley and Ressie Wheeling.

She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Johnson (Katherine) of Wilkesboro and Leslie Johnson (Sharon) of Roaring River; and her granddaughter Stacy Johnson of Wilkesboro.
