It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Castle (Wilkesboro, North Carolina), who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Castle and Mattie Leigh Laws Castle; his granddaughter Amanda Castle; and his siblings, Gladys Castle and Ward Castle.
He is survived by: his wife Loriene Eller Castle; his children, Sherry Vogel (Mike) of Spartanburg, SC., Terry Castle of Wilkesboro and Jerry Castle (Lisa) of Moravian Falls; his grandchildren, Daniel Castle (Kristen), Beth Ellis (Dillon), Amy Helms (Adam), Andrew Castle (Makayla), Justin Vogel (Emily) and Dustin Castle; his great grandchildren, Katy Castle, Brian Vogel, Easton Ellis, Karson Ellis, Natalie Castle and Audrey Helms; and his siblings, Mary Mash (Jim) of Wilkesboro, Evelyn Anderson (Turner) of North Wilkesboro, Grace James of Wilkesboro, Ann Bishop of Wilkesboro and David Castle of Moravian Falls.
