He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Johnson and Donna Johnson Johnson; his siblings, Wanna Duncan (Richard G.) of Wilkesboro and Tim Johnson (Denita) of Wilkesboro; his nieces and nephews, Emily, Sydney Johnson, Bradley and Daniel Duncan; and his great-nieces, Nori and Millie Duncan.
