He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Graydon and Lillie Eulala Eller Osborne; his wife Mattie Geneva Burcham Osborne; his son Barry Keith Osborne; and his siblings, Arlie, Dayton, Billy, Ed, Fred, Harold, Jody, Alice Roten, Dolly Roten, Fan Roten, Cora Harris and Mary Reeves.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Osborne (Cherrie) of Florida, Tommy Osborne of Traphill, Brian Osborne of Wilkesboro, Johnnie Osborne (Steven Chastain) of Wilkesboro and Geneva Nash (Henry) of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Jeff Osborne (Elizabeth) of Winston-Salem, Nicole Osborne of Winston-Salem, Jessica Hoffman of Wilkesboro, Jacob Dishmon of Wilkesboro, Tyler Dishmon of Wilkesboro, Thomas Osborne of Jonesville and Jody Osborne of Traphill; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Osborne of Winston-Salem, Holly Osborne of Winston-Salem and Ella Mathis of Wilkesboro.
