He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Oakley Billings (Larry Langevin) of Troutman; his fiancée Samantha Ward; his siblings, Michael Billings of Cornelius, Erin Billings of Cornelius, Leigh Billings (Alex Guevara) of Yadkinville and Victoria Langevin; and his niece Rhian Cox.
