He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerry Lamar Broome, Sr. and Juanita Huggins Broome; his wife Vickie Bullis Broome; his sons, Jerry Broome, III of Gatesville, TX, Kevin Broome of Gatesville, TX and Adrian Broome of Wilkesboro; his stepmother Adrianna Broome of Tampa, FL; his stepdaughters, Sandy Sapp (Jimmie) of New Bern, NC and Brittany Barnes (Flacco) of Greensboro, NC; his siblings, Chris Broome (Tammy) and Sylvia Morris of Denver, NC; his nephews, Sebastian Morris of Stanley, NC and Hayden Broome; and also Alan Hughes of Denver, NC. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and many, many friends.
